1. Foster application steps: 1) Animal Friends Furever, Inc. will review your application as soon as possible, usually within 5 days. If we have additional questions, they will either be e-mailed to you or you will receive a phone call from a member of AFF. 2) Vet and personal references will be checked. If your application is tentatively approved, a member of AFF will call you to set up a house check date. (NOTE: your application can still be denied after the house check is complete.) 3) The last part of the foster process consists of a member of AFF coming to your home for the contract signing in which you agree to certain conditions (keeping in touch with AFF on the animals' progress, taking animal(s) for veterinary care when needed, allowing an AFF member to visit your home as often as they see fit, using only AFF'S training methods with your foster dog(s), never under any circumstances releasing an AFF animal(s) to anyone other then an AFF member. 76. I agree to foster for Animal Friends Furever, Inc. until a permanent home is found for my foster(s). I understand that I am responsible for food, care and housing of the animal(s) during his/her stay with me. Animal Friends Furever, Inc. is responsible for vet care during this time until a home is found for the animal(s). I agree that after the animal(s) is adopted, if for any reason the new owner(s) can not keep the animal(s), I will take the animal(s) back until another home is found. If I/we decide to adopt the animal(s), I/we understand I/we must go through the adoption process, including filling out an adoption application for the animal(s). I/We understand AFF has the right to not allow us to adopt if they feel we are not the right permanent home for the animal(s).

77. As a foster(s) for Animal Friends Furever Inc. you will be solely responsible for the conduct of your foster animal(s) and for any damage to persons and or property which the animal(s) may cause while he/she is in your care. Foster(s) shall indemnify and save harmless Animal Friends Furever, Inc. from any claim or lawsuit arising from or out of the actions of the aforesaid animal(s), foster(s) or third party with respect to or on account of said animal(s).
