Above all, please be honest; we understand your dog/cat may not be perfect, but the more we know then the better we are able to find the perfect new home for your pet. Your pet deserves a second chance to find a wonderful home, and by providing us with the most detailed information, you will help us to better accomplish this goal. Your pet must be in good health: no hair loss, rashes, vomiting or diarrhea.

6.	OPTION #1 for dogs or cats – Publish your pet’s photos, profile, and adoption fee on our Facebook page and Website. You must agree with the following: I agree to keep my pet until adoption I agree to notify REAL as soon as my pet is adopted If my pet is spayed/neutered, (1) I agree to provide REAL with proof of spay/neuter (2) I agree to ask for a minimum of $25 adoption fee If my pet is not spayed/neutered, (1) I agree to take my pet to REAL’s participating veterinarian and pay $55 for the spay/neuter surgery (2) I will receive the adoption fee of $55 from the adopter I agree to coordinate the adoption myself I agree to conduct a home visit before and after adoption I agree to provide REAL the first and last name and city and state of the new adopter and a photo of my pet with the new adopter to be published on REAL Facebook page (only the first name of the adopter will be published) I understand that R.E.A.L. is not responsible for any vetting expenses, medication, food or supplies before or after adoption.

OPTION #2 for dogs only– REAL will contact its rescue partners and will coordinate transport to rescue I understand and agree that REAL will send my pet to its rescue partners therefore my pet is NOT available for adoption I agree to submit a pet surrender form I agree for REAL to contact its rescue partners I agree to keep my pet until transport to rescue I agree to take my pet to REAL’s participating veterinarian for vetting required by rescue. REAL will pay for all vetting required by rescue I understand that R.E.A.L. is not responsible for any vetting expenses (except for the vetting required by rescue), medication, food or supplies before or after my pet is sent to rescue I agree that there will be NO adoption fee payable to me or to REAL.
