I understand that SLAR is not making any representations or warranties about any animals temperament or behavior. I fully acknowledge and agree that SLAR is not responsible for any injury, damage, or harm caused by foster/TNR animals in my care. I hereby release SLAR from any and all liability for any injury, damage, harm, expense or liability I incur relating to volunteering and or fostering for, Saving Lives Animal Rescue. I also agree to indemnify SLAR from any and all such claims and to pay without limitation, any costs related to such injury, damage or liability, including, in the case of litigation, any attorney’s fees incurred by SLAR in its defense. I understand that as a volunteer I am always expected to maintain a respectful and courteous attitude as I represent SLAR . I understand prior to bringing new animals into the group they must be approved. I understand all animals must meet medical guidelines for adoptions. I understand I am solely responsible for ensuring that the animals in my physical possession are well cared for, and if their needs are not being meet, the animals will be confiscated by SLAR. I understand that the foster animals are property of SLAR. BY TYPING AGREE BELOW AND SUBMITTING, IM ACKNOWLEGING ALL OF THE ABOVE. *
