Our Rescue has a VERY STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY. Please make sure you understand what you are agreeing to as we will hold you to our contract. We understand our policies are tough, and we understand if you choose to board with another facility. Thank you for your support!

  • A late pick-up is defined as a pick-up more than 30 minutes past confirmed pick-up time.
  • During Peak Seasons (summer, Spring Break, and Christmas especially), extended stays and late pick-ups are not permitted. We always book up to the HOUR. Please plan your stay in advance and allow for enough time.
  • During Off Peak Seasons, extended stays require a minimum 48 hour’s notice. We will bill your card on file for the additional days, as per the current day rate.
  • Late pick-ups, including extended stays with less than 48 hour notice, will be charged a one-time fee of $10 in addition to the additional days, as per the current day rate.

  • Cancellation 31+ days prior to drop off will receive a full refund in the form of a credit at the Squeek Shop or for a future boarding visit
  • Cancellation 30 to 14 days prior to drop off will receive a 50% credit at the Squeek Shop or for a future boarding visit
  • Cancellation with less than 14 days prior notice AND early pick-ups will NOT receive a credit.
  • If your Pet dies unexpectedly prior to drop-off, please accept our deepest condolences, however our cancellation policy still applies.
34. Piggie Poo provides everything your piggys need during their stay. Do not plan to leave personal items at the Rescue. All items left at the Rescue are considered a donation and Rescue property. *
